I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. the food served at dinner was delicious.

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was in walking distance from the ski-lifts and ski rentals. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional which made me feel welcome. The dinner menu was great, providing a variety of delicious options to choose from.
Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit too hot at night which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the breakfast could be improved, as it was monotonous and lacked variety.

The location of the hotel was near some good amenities such as skiing and ski rentals. the breakfast was monotonous and limited to one plate per guest. the room was uncomfortable and hot during the night without any functioning air conditioning. the bathroom was small and outdated with barely usable facilities.
The service from the staff was lacking in professionalism and hospitality.

The staff were very hospitable and professional. The location was ideal as ski rentals and ski lifts were within walking distance. The food at dinner was fantastic and top-notch.
Although the room was cozy, it tended to get hot at night. The breakfast options could be more varied and egg requests were not satisfactorily solved. The timing for dinner was not convenient for us, as it started only from 7 pm to 8 pm.
